This website is operated by Esther Ng, Senior Associate at PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (CEA Licence R050985C). This policy explains what personal data is collected through this site and how it is used, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What is collected
When you submit the enquiry form, the following is collected: your name, email address, mobile number, the enquiry category you select, and any message you write. If you contact Esther by WhatsApp, phone or email, the contact details you use are collected.
Why it is collected
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the property advisory services you have asked about. Your data is not used for anything else.
Who it is shared with
Nobody, unless it is necessary to carry out a transaction you have engaged Esther for — for example passing your details to a conveyancing lawyer, mortgage banker or the relevant authority, and only with your knowledge. Your data is never sold or passed to third-party marketers.
How long it is kept
For as long as needed to serve you, and afterwards for as long as required by CEA and PropNex record-keeping obligations. It is deleted once those periods lapse.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw consent and ask for it to be deleted, at any time, by emailing estherng@gmail.com. Requests are actioned within a reasonable period.
